of experience devoting her whole career to helping others feel better. We believe there are no limitations on
poses or classes, and that yoga and fitness should be accessible to everyone. At Yoga Unlimited, you can expect to
find classes, workshops, special events, teacher training, and continuing education. The possibilities are endless
because we believe in a world without limitations, we individualize the classes each week for who is in class and what they need to work on that day.

Movement, Myofascial Release & Music
In this one-hour yoga class, we will begin with myofascial release, using gentle pressure and self-massage techniques to hydrate and soften the connective tissues, releasing tension stored in the body.
