This sister mat workout to yoga is a core based total body workout. It is a low impact class that works strength, balance, and flexibility. 

What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat. Wear workout clothes. 

Experience Level: All Levels Welcomed

Class Length: 60 minutes

Cost: $100 for the session or $15 drop in
